Coordination
Have you already done most of the work but want the assurance your wedding day runs smoothly? Let LYM help! Even with meticulous planning, with so many moving parts, things can sometimes get a little stressful. That is where we step in. Our "Day of" Coordination package includes unlimited planning meetings, a venue walk through and wedding rehearsal. We work together to create a seating plan, work closely with your vendors on timelines and ensure your expectations are met for the day. We will create and manage a timeline for all vendors to follow for cohesive day. We handle any issues that may arise while you enjoy the beautiful event that you have created.
Bartending Services

We recommend:
Beer and Wine
1 TABC Bartender for every 100 guests
Full Bar with mixed drinks
1 TABC Bartender for every 75 guests
$250 per TABC Bartender includes
5 hours including set up, service and tear down, basic bar equipment, and meeting the insurance requirements of the venue.
Staffing Services
We can provide only staffing for your event if not using LYM for other services.
$50 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
Staff members have experience with catering, busing tables,
set up, tear down and are helpful in anyway.
Trash service is available for an additional charge
dependent on conditions and distance to dumpster.
